Anxiety Fills the Air

Anxiety Fills the Air   The repeal of Article 370 and Article 35A marks an extraordinary quit to constitutional rights assured for decades. Together, the Articles have been the umbilical cord among Kashmir and India — giving Kashmir its personal flag, laws and nation Parliament and additionally prohibiting non-citizens from proudly owning any belongings in the region . Now the Indian part of Kashmir has remained divided, disempowered, and degraded. Such a unilateral circulate from Delhi also undermines pro-Indian political parties in the area, which have been strengthening Indian manipulate over Kashmir for many years. Kashmiri historiographer Siddiq Wahid, who studied at Harvard is now the Vice-Chancellor at the Islamic University of Science & Technology, says India has simply unnoticed its own laws and overlooked what Kashmiris need. Speaking at his home based on the outskirts of Srinagar, Wahid tells me that the pass will, in the end, lead to a deep centralization of str

5G is the fifth generation of cellular technology. It is designed to increase speed, reduce latency, and improve flexibility of wireless services.

5G technology has a theoretical top speed of 20 Gbps, while the top speed of 4G is only 1 Gbps. 5G also promises lower latency, which can improve the performance of business applications as well as other digital experiences (such as online gaming, video conferencing and self-driving cars).

While previous generations of cellular technologies (like 4G LTE) focused on ensuring connectivity, 5G takes connectivity to the next level by offering customers cloud-connected experiences. 5G networks are virtualized and software-based, using cloud technologies.

The 5G network will also simplify mobility, with seamless open roaming capabilities between cellular and Wi-Fi access. Mobile users can stay connected while switching between outdoor and indoor wireless networks without requiring user intervention or re-authentication.

The new Wi-Fi 6 (aka 802.11ax) wireless standard shares characteristics with 5G, including improved performance. Wi-Fi 6 radios can be placed where users need them to provide better geographic coverage and lower costs. Behind these Wi-Fi 6 radios is a software-based network with advanced automation.

5G technology should improve connectivity in underserved rural areas and in cities where demand could exceed current capacity with 4G technology. New 5G networks will also have a densely distributed access architecture, moving computing closer to the edge and closer to users for faster computing. 5G technology will introduce advances throughout network architecture. 5G New Radio, the global standard for a more powerful 5G wireless air interface, will cover unused frequencies in 4G. The new antennas will incorporate a technology known as Massive MIMO (Multiple Input, Multiple Output), which will allow multiple transmitters and receivers to transmit more data simultaneously. However, 5G technology is not limited to the new radio spectrum. It is designed to support a converged heterogeneous network combining licensed and unlicensed wireless technologies. This adds available bandwidth to users.

Advances in virtualization, cloud-based technologies, and automation of IT and business processes enable an agile and flexible 5G architecture that offers users anytime, anywhere access. 5G architectures will be software-defined platforms where network functionality will be managed by software rather than hardware. 5G networks can create software-defined subnets called network segments. These segments allow network administrators to dictate network functionality based on users and devices.

Automated provisioning and proactive management of traffic and services will reduce infrastructure costs and enhance the connected experience. 5G also enhances digital experiences through automation enabled by machine learning (ML). The demand for sub-second response times (like self-driving cars) will require 5G networks to integrate automation with ML and eventually deep learning and artificial intelligence (AI). 5G service is already available in some areas in different countries. These first-generation 5G services are referred to as 5G Non-Standalone (5G NSA). This technology is a 5G radio built on top of the existing 4G LTE network infrastructure. 5G NSA will be faster than 4G LTE. But the high-speed, low-latency 5G technology that the industry has focused on is standalone 5G (5G SA). It should be available from 2020 and generally available by 2022. 5G technology will usher in not only a new era of improved network speed and performance but also new connected experiences for users.

In healthcare, 5G technology and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity will enable the monitoring of patients via connected devices that will constantly provide data on key health indicators such as heart rate and blood pressure. In the automotive industry, 5G combined with ML-based algorithms will give information on traffic, accidents and more; Vehicles will be able to exchange information with other vehicles and entities on the roads, such as B. traffic lights, to exchange. These are just two industrial applications of 5G technology that can bring better and safer experiences to users. Cisco offers this automat.
